Marcel Wanders joined his forces with livintwist to present the Loggia Collection, an outdoor collection making its official debut at Maison Shanghai 2026. Inspired by the Italian loggia, a space held between the protection of a room and the freedom of the outdoors, the collection brings together lounge chairs, a modular sofa, coffee tables, dining tables and dining chairs.

The Loggia Collection for livintwist begins with a material familiar to the human hand: weaving. For the Lounge Chair High and Low, fixed PE flat cord is hand woven directly onto an aluminium frame, with 304 stainless steel forming the front legs. The result carries the irregular warmth of craft into a precise, contemporary silhouette, where every strand has a role in the whole.

“I wanted to create a collection that feels like a place rather than an object,” says Marcel Wanders. This thought sits at the heart of Loggia Collection, where outdoor furniture becomes a setting for everyday life, offering shelter without asking nature to stay outside.
