A large portion of the Westerhuis hosts Marcel Wanders, the MOOOI brand store and other small and bigger creative companies specialising in fashion and public relations.

Since we redeveloped the building in 2008, this former crafts school building, with a surface area of 5.500m2, has given undeniable impulse to the historic area of the Jordaan neighbourhood. Devoted to the flourishing creative industry of Amsterdam, most of the spaces found at this location have been leased to a host of businesses, including boutique art and design studios, architecture firms, and digital advertising companies. The fourth floor is where the studio has meetings and brainstorms and where guests are invited. These beautiful rooms overlook the roofs of the Jordaan houses.
